ACP Community Outreach Fellow
OCA [National] is seeking to hire twenty-five (25) OCA Community Outreach Fellows who will
collaborate with their local OCA Chapters & Affiliates through various seasonal projects.
Fellows will leverage long-standing collaborative relationships of the OCA Chapters to work
directly with the community members and local city/state partner organizations. This position
is funded by the FCC Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Outreach Grant, and the objectives
of this role includes, but is not limited to, educating, and helping enroll, the AANHPI community
about the ACP’s benefits. An important tactic of the role is to utilize culturally relevant organizing
strategies and civic engagement tactics that will foster a strong democratic society for generations to come.
Social Media Intern
OCA San Diego is seeking to recruit one Social Media Intern. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience running successful social media campaigns, preferably for a non-profit , club, social cause, fundraiser, etc.. Interest and/or experience in civic engagement is a plus. High school and college students are encouraged to apply.
